Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Edge chamger tool is improved. Transforming is limited within the boundary.
  * Cut tool is improved. If Caps Lock key is pressed, edges splited by the cut route will be deleted automatically.
  * Edit > Reference > General > Radial menu/SmartTips/HUD font scale.
  * Edit > Reference > Colors > SmartTips Colors.

EDIT: I have reupload the file. There is a bug in the previous file causing crashing. In this new file, the Edit > Preference > General > HUD font scale is no longer working.

I take a liberty to differ. I find this function very useful.
Unless this "option" doesn't change anything in how the tool acts by default.

It is impossible due to the basic rules in the core. Changing the core will result in rewrite the whole program. That's not practical.
