Topic: [Fixed] tweak resets Manual pivot  (Read 10222 times)

I noticed that while working with the Set Manipulator tool a lot that on pressing Tweak or any of the Translate,Rotate,Scale Streamline tools will reset the Pivot.  This is undesirable behaviour in my opinion.

Expected result:
Pivot Position & Orientation should stay in Manual mode if using the Set Manipulator.

Can you give the steps and the results of each step? I don't quite get it.

Sure, here's a quick gif


Steps to reproduce:
  • Make a selection
  • use 'Set Manipulator' to move pivot elsewhere
  • use 'Tweak' or any of the 'Translate/Rotate/Scale' Streamline tools
  • notice that the Pivot gets reset to original Pivot Position & Orientation settings.
