Hi! Any way of rotating a loop that has its vertices constrained to the edges. Let us say I have a cylinder and I make horizontal cut and I want to rotate it 45 degree while keeping the shape of the cylinder intact. Something that works like slide but with the rotate gizmo... Thanks!

There are no functions/tools to do that. It would require sliding through vertex.

Currently, I would set the "polygon > slice" tool to edge I want to rotate, rotate the slice tool and add new slice(edge).

You mean like this? -> http://youtu.be/4KrCVYt2Z6s
Of course there is! Sometimes it's a little buggy though.
You can find it in the menu by "Edit>>Options>>Vertex Transform Along Edges".
What "Vertex Transform Along Edges(AffectedByEdgeDirection)" does, I don't know.

For some reason I was thinking of a vertical edge rotation. I need to change my medication. LOL

steve - I'll keep that in mind. Not a bad idea.
Vaquero - That's it! Cheers
