Composite Tools Not Listed

Ran into a strange issue today.  I'm using the 14May2014 release of NVil, and I haven't used or made any new Composite Tools in quite awhile.  I made a simple one today from a post by Steve wherein he creates an Edge Extrude Composite Tool that creates a 0-distance extrude... which is then to be mapped to the Edge Streamline tool.  If I go into my Tools Preferences, that tool is now listed under the Composite Tools section.  But under the main interface Composite Tools menu, no tool appears to be listed at all.  Also, when I try to map that Composite Tool to my Extrude Streamline tool, I do not see any way to make that happen (there is no listing of Composite Tools within my Customize>StreamlineTools dialog).  Any idea what's going on?

I have seen that before, but cannot repeat while testing today.

Set the composite tool as an "Event Action".

Thanks for the reminder about the Event Action for Streamline Tools assignment.  Also, after I assigned that Composite Tool as an Event Action, it showed back up in the list under my Composite Tools menu.  However, the Composite Tools menu is still not displaying my other existing Composite Tools which are not currently assigned as an Event Action...
