Hi IStonia,
The manipulators orientation to selected spline vertex (when manipulator set to "Orientation > Selection"). Although alignment is now made, the orientation is aligning as "X+ to normal direction(along the spline)" and "Y+ to twist ref direction", Although I can certainly work with that, it is not as expected. I think it should be consistent with the set alignment tools.
If you look at "Manipulator window > Set orientation" or "Streamline tool > Set Manipulator" or "Basic Streamline tools > Generic tools > Snap Position Normal#"(as examples) and set the manipulator to location/orientation of spline vertex, you will see "Y+" aligns to spline vertex normal(along spline) and "Z-" aligns to twist ref direction. Which are consistent.
The scaling appears to be fixed, thank you.
