Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Some bug fixings.
  * Edge loop/ring select command tools are improved to be able to perform gap selection base on preselection.

The file size of the download is only showing as 1.32 MB

File is broken/corrupt.
