multi-hotkey order strangeness

Hey there! So you could say my new years resolution is to find some more bugs in NVil.
I just upgraded to the Jan 7th version and noticed something very strange and annoying:
The order in which I press a "Multi-Hotkey" has an effect on which action is called.
For example: I have >enable soft selection< bound to ctrl+alt+s, whereas ctrl+s is bound to >save scene<.
When I press alt+ctrl+s in that order I get to enable soft selection, but when I press ctrl+alt+s as I normally do, the save scene command is called. This is hugely annoying!
