This is a very nice feature i saw in Max, allows you to lock verts and edges so they only slide along edges, faces, or there normals when transforms are used on them.

usefull if you want to roate a edge loop while keeping the objects shape, or for sliding detail down a slopped face, with out breaking the slope.

Never noticed the vertex transform along edges option which does most of what i wanted with this feature.

but how do i do this inside of Nvil?

Enable the option:- "Edit-> Options-> Vertex Transform Along Edges".

Thank you , is there any chance to add this menu to the Manipulation toolbar for easier access?

Unfortunately you cannot reconfigure the default manipulation window (or any of the default windows).

You could add a user button to a user window, or an hotkey, or a radial menu button.
