"Create N-polygon": bug with sides

"Create N-polygon" tool doubles the number of faces typed by the user in the "Sides" text field. Minimum value one can input there is 3, which should create a triangle. It creates a hexagon instead. Creating triangles, quads and pentagons is not possible with this tool.
