Hi there,
Is there a setting somewhere to have the "Scene Hierarchy" expanded by default (when starting a new scene for instance).

I have been meaning to check into this one for a while and today it seems is the day.
When beginning a new scene probably the second or third operation I always perform is to expand/reveal the Scene Hierarchy folder just so that I know what objects are in my scene.

I would much rather manually collapse this folder if needed and leave it all showing by default otherwise.

I have attached a reference image showing the Scene Hierarchy folder.

Can you make a short video to show the problem? I couldn't reproduce it.

During the quickstart tutorial:

After the box is created, you can see how the hierarchy is defaulted to collapsed mode, requiring clicking the small '+' button to expand the hierarchy.

Try this

This works great, the scene hierarchy now defaults to expanded/open mode.

Thank you  :)
