There is no such edge option in Nvil. If this option is on, Edit > Preference > Double LMB Edge Click For Hole Selection, you can double click to select all the edges of the border.

And i can find extra vertices?

Open this window and select vertices connecting to only two edges.

This is a streamline basic tool. You can't set a hotkey for it. You can assign it to a streamline tool which can be hotkeyed.
- Edit > Customize > StreamLine Tools.
- Help > Contents > Modeling > StreamLine Tools.
