Curve Vertices

I can't find the refine spline composite tool, I updated to the most recent build today too. Any reason why I might not be able to find it?

It is not a composite tool. It is a basic streamline tool. You need to set it to a tool slot in a streamline tool.
Edit > Customize > Streamline tools. Just set it like the one shown by miica in previous post.
