Streamline Engine Tools - Loop Cut then Slide - July 28

I'm having a issue with this tool

I click where I want the cut to be made. That part is all fine.

If I continue to hold the LMB down and slide it too close to another edge it merges with the edge (either partly or entirely) and does not unstick. I always have to undo and try again.

The only thing I can currently think of, is that you may of set "Modeling Options > Auto Weld Enabled".

Thanks for that, it took a bit of searching through the menus to find it but yep you were right, turning off autoweld solved it.

Back in business now !
