Trial version with no internet connection?

Hi there fellow NVILers, I'm trying to install the trial version of digital fossils on a computer that doesn't have a connection to the internet (security reasons)

It's bugging out because it can't run the .net framework. Is there a way to go around it? Also, does the trial version always uses the internet or is it a one time activation thing?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Install .net framework is a must.
