Problem opening radial menus (keyboard-only hotkeys)

I have a problem with two radial menus mapped to SHIFT+W and SHIFT+E hotkeys.
This is a new problem which I noticed occurring since the release of one of the most recent NVil builds.

I never had any problems invoking those radial menus one after another. Now in order to open one of them, if the other was just closed, I need to move the cursor first. Otherwise SHIFT+W and SHIFT+E do nothing.

My other radial menus that use mouse buttons in their hotkey combinations work perfectly fine, though opening the problematic menus after those that use mouse buttons are closed, doesn't work. Again, without moving the mouse first.
