Prerequisites : If the application failed to launch and SlimDX is not installed, download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)

Summary of changes:
 
  * Edit > Preference > Options 1 > Display and Rener > Render manipulator at scene center if it is out of scene. The default value is true.
  * Edit > Options > File Format Options > vws > Save to these formats too.
