How can I attach lights to camera? I already tried Rendering Options->Attach Main Light To Camera but it doesn't seem to do anything. The light rig still won't follow the camera.

I ran into this recently too, might be a regression worth mentioning in the Bugs section.

Thanks for confirming the bug, Haystax. I guess the same thing happened to Vertex_Relax streamline tool as it also stopped working for some reason. I'll drop a report in the bugs sub-forum.

"Rendering Options->Attach Main Light To Camera" only works on the physical camera (Geometry > create > Add camera), not on the viewport camera.

Steve, physical camera cannot be rotated the way the viewport camera can, when I'm in look-through mode, am I right? I mean, it cannot be used as a replacement to viewport camera?

The reason behind my hopes for a light rig following the viewport camera is that this way I could emulate MatCaps to some degree... ;)

Yes. You need to move the (physical)camera via manipulator.

Ah, that's a pity. :( So, I can only hope that IStonia could look into this and enable us a way of attaching the light rig to the viewport camera. But I guess nowadays he's busy working on Rocket 3F.

Thanks, Steve.
