When its circle shape the edge ring is no longer tidy.

and im try scrollwheel and press number its not working(adding segment). Is it just me?

You need to press down the number key and scroll at the same time. For example, press down 0 key, then for each scroll click the segment will increase by 10.

now its looking great!. Also thats scroll wheel works pretty well too. Its actually increment by number in your input. I thought it behave like a cut, or other streamline tool. Thank You!
