Newer versions of Nvil crash on launch

Hi, I've taken a long break from Nvil and newer versions after the May-30-15 release crash for me on launch. I only have one computer to test this on but it is the primary computer I use for Nvil. May-30-15 release works but all versions I have downloaded after that, including the most recent Feb-15-16 release only show a windows prompt: "Nvil 1.0.exe has stopped working".

The crash looks to be the same on versions spanning July-21-15 to present.
Any help is much appreciated!

I can be wrong but,
May be it is beaus you use Slim DX for .Net 2.0?
If so try to install for .Net 4.0.

This solved it, all is well after installing the .net 4.0 version of slimdx.
