3D-Coat AppLink does not respect scale of the model if the model is exported with "Drop mesh in 3D-Coat as voxel object" button.
A workaround for this is to export the model with "Drop mesh in 3D-Coat as new merging primitive for voxels" button and drop the object from models palette into the scene. However, this unnecessarily complicates the process and will create a new copy of the model on the palette each time it is exported from NVil.

It is likely this problem is on 3d-coat side. The obj files export from Nvil are all the same regardless the option you chosen.
You can check it by choosing different options then export the same object, let it be a four sided plane. Then compare the output files, D:\Temp\NVilApplink\Export\YourObject.obj. Make sure 3d-coat is not loaded, otherwise the file may get deleted by 3d-coat.
