Radial Menu/ Smart tips

Hallo IStonia, I have this request:

Now if you want to ad command to Radial Menu you have to go to Customise Radial Menu and search by hands command that you need. Som times this search can take a lot of time. There is no any search command instruments in here, or ther is no menu punct in Search Tool or Customize tool to add some command to Radial menu so everything you have do by hands in Customise Radial Menu.
But thre is an alternative to radial menu - Smart tips. You can add easely any command to Smart tips from Search tools menu or Customize tools. So it is the easest way compare to Radial Menu.

So my request is is it possible to link smart tips to right mouse click instead of Radial Menu? Just an option.

OR.
Make search tool in Customise Radial Menu.
Add opportunity to add commands to Radial Menu from Search Tool and Customize tool.

PS.
Pleas add some settings to change color of Smart tips, I have very light interface but Smart Tips is absolutlet black.
