Window selection - edges.

Hi, why when I set window selection it selects edges when I tuch them, logically it has to select them only if I select them fully. Pleas fix it.

Just notice if subd is off, it works good, but when is ON it works as I described.

Also polygon selection has the same bug. When subd is of everything is ok, when On it selects everything under cursor.
