I'm not sure if this is possible now.
I would love to have UV face selection based on current mesh face selection.
So eg. if I select object face with window texture, it would become active in UV view. Then I could easily work on this face in UV editor.

Is this what you are looking for, UV Form > Extra Tools > Select uv vertices by selected polygons?

Well almost but in reverse. If I select polygon in mesh 3D View eg. polygon with window, I would like to have it selected also in VU Form (because ofter my UV are mess, and It is hard to find proper UV for my currently selected polygon).
And It would be awesome I this was permanent option. So If I tick this option ON, polygon selection in 3d View would be always synced with selection in UV FORM. And maybe in reverse too.
Something like - 'sync UV selection with 3D view Selection'.
I hope it is clear what I meant.

I have add the option you need in the new update. But it doesn't work in undo/redo situations.
