* Double click the user tool button to bring up the button customize dialog striaght away.

I was going to place this as a bug, but see it is intentional.

Was this thought about before the change?
I currently use custom windows/toolbars, which I use for all tools/functions. Some of the buttons are for such as "Single step grow"/"Single step Shrink", but now, when pressing these button more than once(too quickly) to grow/shrink selection, I get the popup for the "User Tool Button Customization" 

Back to update Apr 24 I go.

should only act like this in customize mode. I think.

It is fixed.
