msvcr71.dll

Hi IStonia,

I see you have now added a link to an unknown 3rd party site to download msvcr71.dll (not good), with instructions on that link to place the .dll into the windows system directory (just as bad).

Please take the advice given before, and by Microsoft, and redistribute the msvcr71.dll with NVIL. That dll should be placed in NVILs directory (not windows system).
