Weld vertex tool bug

Vertex weld tool is not welding vertices in some of the directions after I do Polygon_Extrude commands.

For example it would weld up but not down

What is your settings for these options?

- Edit > Options > Extrusion Options > Polygon Extrusion Auto Weld Enabled.
- Edit > Options > Extrusion Options > Polygon Extrusion Auto Weld Enabled.
- Edit > Preference > General > Polygon extrusion auto weld threshold angle.

Can you create a video to show the bug so I can reproduce it?

I tried Polygon Extrusion Auto Weld options on and off and it is broken in all regardless.
Polygon extrusion auto weld threshold angle is 30
