Smarttips dockable / floating

I´ve accidentally closed the Smarttips, and when it came back it was floating. I´ve hunt through the whole menus now, and couldn`t find the item to make it dockable again. Then i gave up and have reset the layout. Was the faster method.

There should be a way to make the Smarttip window dockable / floating from within the Smarttips window.

The option to make SmartTips Dockable is currently "Edit-> Options-> SmartTip options->"
