Absolute modes

Hi all, I recently had to do a hard rest and I lost a lot of legacy NVil settings.

One thing I can't find the options for (and it's buried somewhere within this awesome program) is the ability to turn off toggling on/off Selection, Move, Rotation, Scale if you press the q,w,e & r keys multiple times.

Can anyone enlighten me?
