Rotation Snap Selection

Not actually sure this is a bug but thought I'd put it here anyway as the tool doesn't seem to behave the way I remember it (maybe there's a bug in my brain)

Anyway, with this Streamline tool hotkey held down, I can't seem to select an axis then a snapping target any more.

To Reproduce:

- Hold Rotation Snap Selection hotkey
- Click on desired axis
- Note that the tool seems to halt here; there are no snapping hints anywhere any more.

Expected Result:

- Clicking either with LMB or MMB on an axis with the Rotation Snap Selection hotkey held down I would expect to see a snapping hint appear if I hover over any of the components or grid.


p.s. I have checked that I actually have snapping enabled on grid and components.
