Send Message does not work

Hi IStonia, I just moved to windows 8 and looks like NVil do not see this message 41251.
NVil Instructions.txt is presented but NVil do not react on message. Pleas help.

It is possible your plug-in did not sent the 41251 to NVil or the message sent was wrong.

Hay IStonia, I tried a lot of different stuff looks like Plugin works and NVil works but the windows, becouse one time from tens it works.
Can you pleas make commnad for shortcut that will activate NVil Instructions.txt?
It will allow me to run it from shortcut not from message.
