Is it any tool analog of 3Ds Max/Wings 3D - Flow connect?
This command insert edge loop but keep curvature.

Hello.
There's already a StreamLine tool for this:
Edge Tools >> Edge_Loop_Cut/Slide_MaintainCurvature#

Yes, You will need to setup a streamline tool.
Basic streamline tool > Edge tools > Edge_loop_Cut/Slide_MaintainCurvature.
There is some info in the help file for creating streamline tools, but just ask if you are not sure how to do that.
