I'm doing renders at work all day today, so I'm playing in NVil and reporting the bugs I run across.  This one seems like a pretty big one - the Polygon Groups dialog (Geometry > Group) is not communicating properly with the Polygon Groups folder in the Scene Explorer.  I have attached a screenshot showing three cases in which I explored this with a cube:

Case 1:  I selected all the polygons on the front of my cube and created a new polygon group in the Scene Explorer, called "Front Group".  This group correctly appears both in the Scene Explorer and the Polygon Group dialog.

Case 2:  I selected all the polygons on one side of my cube and created a new polygon group in the Scene Explorer, called "Polygon_Group".  I opened the Polygon Group dialog and changed the name of "Polygon_Group" to "Side Group" - the name did not update in the Scene Explorer to reflect this.

Case 3:  I selected all the polygons on the top of my cube and created a new polygon group in the Polygon Group dialog called "Top Group".  This group does not appear at all within the Scene Explorer.

Please Fix
------------------------------------

While you're fixing this, I would really appreciate the addition of a display option within the Scene Explorer (perhaps in the form of another checkbox near the option "Constrain Object Group Operation Within One Level Only) which places a filter upon the display of Polygon/Edge/Vertex groups to only those groups in which currently selected objects contain elements of the aforementioned types.  I ask this because, as a ZBrush character artist, a given character is commonly composed of many dozens of objects, many of which also contain multiple polygon groups.  In this case, the scene explorer quickly becomes so full of groups that I have difficulty deducing which poly groups relate to which object(s), and the Scene Explorer is no longer of much use as a selection tool.

It is fixed. The subobject group display is also improved. If there is nothing selected, all groups are displayed. If there is selection, only groups belong to the selected objects are displayed.
