Retopo-> Splines

Retopo, using splines.

If possible and when you have time, would you be able to increase the number of "sides" from the current 100 limit.
I use the retopo on splines for lofting, so the current limit can be a problem. It is ok if using natural splines as I can add further sides later and then use "curve loop", but I usually end up using splines with custom tangents, so cannot use curve loop on those.
