Radial menu becomes empty

Hi, I think this is a bug,

In the latest version NVil-May-23-13, I start with a clean setup, and open the customize radial menus window to create a new menu. After I am done, I hit apply to close the window. I open the customize radial menus window again, the new menu I create is empty, the commands I just assigned are gone.

I try the same thing in previous version and doesn't seem to have this problem.

Fixed.
