Simple Customizing

I have tried customizing things, to get things right you have to look for something in the menu just to see yourself unable find the thing you want. I would like if you could drag and drop menu from the software to the customizing menu. Example drag and drop Tweak under vertex selection to the radial menu, also you can drag and drop Tweak's submenu/subtool into the radial menu. Thanks a bunch I'm trying to customize NVIL into my ease of use before I purchase it.
