Tweak Without SoftSelection?

I was wondering for some time now: is there a tweak without softselection enabled? I can't find it. I'd like to be able to quickly tweak single components without softselection. I'd prefer it, if the tweak tools use soft selection only if it is enabled, and don't if soft selection is not (This is the way Silo works). Otherwise I always have to fiddle with the falloff radius to make the tweak act like there's no softselection. And if there would be different tweak tools for soft selection disabled/enabled, I'd have to assign seperate shortcuts to them, which I don't want to.
