Summary of changes:

* Polygon mode > Geometry > Copy Polygon Patch.
* A new basic streamline tool, Paste Polygon Patch. Paste copied polygon patch on each individual selected polygon, or at snapping point or at empty space. https://youtu.be/dwItw45FZZo
* A new basic streamline tool, EdgeLoop_Utility. It is a edge loop utility tool: pass-proportions/pass-Length/parallel/perpendicular/even-spacing/straighten. Click at either an end or a middle vertex of a selected edge loop to activate the function. https://youtu.be/nurqtk_5-Io
* Object mode > Create Vertex Soft Selection From Splines. Create vertex soft selection on selected mesh objects from selected splines. I'm currently using older nvil version and haven't had time to investigate problem aby further yet. I'll try to check and if issue still persists, record the video for you.

I attached video on how it works right now. In first part you can see that I was unable to auto connect to left most vertex, In second the part it not always picked preferred corners no matter where I moved my cursor. It might seem trivial and also easily achievable with inset tool in this case, but inset doesn't allow my to precisely select where I want my next vertex to be and always produces even spacing and quads, which is not always desirable for the given purpose.

You can move cursor position to select the connecting vertex.
