Title: Uniform scale won't consider manual pivot position in object mode

As mentioned in title:
Uniform scale won't consider manual pivot position in  object mode

Steps:
- make cube
- set manual pivot to eg. one corner
- uniform scale in object mode won't take into account manual pivot position. Works ok in other modes.

Not a big bug, just wanted to help bug-testing.

ah ya confirmed that is a odd one since all the scaling on planes, or axises work fine, but uniform just ignores it, and uniform scale still works fine in mesh mode.
