Title: Cap Hole and Best Fit to work in highlighted selection

Hi IStonia,

it would be great if Cap Hole (Edge Shortcut Tools > Cap Hole) and Best Fit (View Navigation Tools > Best Fit) are both able to work with highlighted selection.
