Title: Streamline tool does not exit when mouse button is released

Hi IStonia,

I just noticed on several of the streamline tools, like Tweak_NormalMove and Increase/Decrease Soft Selection, the tool won't exit after I release mouse press.

I press the hotkey and then LMB drag on the viewport, let go of the hotkey, but still holding on LMB to further tweak the result, after I am done I release LMB but the tool is still active, I have to hit escape or repeat the hotkey to exit.

It is intentional. This way you can keep the tool alive by releasing hotkey before releasing mouse button.

Yes.. but after releasing both the hotkey and mouse button, the tool is still alive.. shouldn't it exit once both of them are released?

I think this is introduced recently, I haven't noticed this behaviour before.. but are there any reasons for this change?

There was an obj export bug in the update of previous post. Use this one.
