Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)

Summary of changes:
 
  * Some bug fixings.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Rendering Options > Attach Lights To Viewport Camera.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Rendering Options > Detach Lights Off Viewport Camera.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > View Navigation Tools > Flip Directional Orthographic View.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > View Navigation Tools > Select Viewport(1/2/3/4) In OneViewLayout.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > View Navigation Tools > Select Viewport(1/2/3/4) In FourViewLayout.
