Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)

Summary of changes:
 
  * Some instance tools. Geometry > Create > Instance > ...
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Isolate Selection (Object).
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Polygon Shortcut Tools > Isolate Selection (Polygons).
