Hay!
For everybody who want to monitor this forum activity you can install this existation to your chrome.
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rss-feed-reader/pnjaodmkngahhkoihejjehlcdlnohgmp
After that add this forum to feeds and you will be notified everytime new post or them was created.
I found it very convenient. By default feed update interval is set to 60 min, but you can change it if you want to get notifications immediately.
