Title: Vertex_Relax in retopo mode

Hello IStonia.
Can you enable surface snapping of the Vertex_Relax StreamLine tool when Scene Explorer->Retopo Reference List->Retopo mode enabled is set to ON? This would help a lot.

Also, I have the same request for Fill Jagged Border Edges. It would save a lot of time if it instantly snapped the vertices to the reference mesh.
