Title: Select by similar polygon normal

Hello,

I was looking for a "select by similar polygon normal", where I would select a polygon, then have an option to select all polygons on the same object with similar(+/- option set limit) normals.

Would that be possible please?.

Do you mean polygons with normals that are within a user specified angle threshold to the selected polygon's normal?

In what way do you want to specify your threshold value?

Hi IStonia,

An entry of Angle which would be a +/- tolerance.

As to how the entry is made, via a popup or by entry into Preference, which would be easier for you, as it does involve some UI work.
Would it also be possible for an option to select only connected polygons, as that would help a lot for defining selections for UV charts.
