Made a simple script for using this feature from 3ds max.
To use save this file somewhere on your computer.
NvilClipboard.mcr (http://cmcproductions.co.uk/scripts/scripts/NvilClipboard.mcr)
Than click and drag it into the 3ds max viewport to install the macro script into max.
Once that is done, you can bind it to a key or add it to a quad menu or toolbar by going into the "Customize" menu, and selecting "Customize User Interface".
You will find a new Category called "NvilClipboard", which will contain the "Pickup" and "Drop" functions that you can bind to keys, or add to the UI.

Hi, do you know what are the best obj export settings for 3dmax?

going in which direction?, if from nvil to max, i would use Z_UP, with export normals on, and export texcoords on.
regroup polygons by meshes is up to personal preference.
From going between max and nvil, i would just use the preset for maya, since nvil uses a Y=Up system like maya.
Though if export materials is checked from max, when you bring it into nvil the material will be fucked up, and you will have to re-apply, so i would leave export materials off in max.
