Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Cursor window boundary limitation is solved.
  * Edit > Options > Fixed Pixel Stepping Move Control. If this option is on and move stepping value is not 0 and stepping is enabled, 20 pixels of cursor move will trigger stepping. This option affects all operations that use move stepping value.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Save/Restore Selection Mode.
  * View > Advance Focus Point On Orthographic View Zooming.
  * Some bug fixings.
