Title: [Fixed] Bug Main Radial menu cant be Unbound

Bug Main Radial menu cant be Unbound and it's mouse buttons cant be used for a custom radial menu.

even if i tick it as disabled in the customize tools screen it still works on RMB and overrides anything else put on RMB.

also it is impossible to rebind any radial menu to only need a mouse button to activate.
