Hello,
At one time, I thought the number of segments on a refined chamfer was limited to 20? Anyway, as it appears not to be now, there is a problem when adding more that 21 segments to a "Refined Rounded" Chamfer:-
Checked with a new config file.
With 21 segments, it is rounded:-

With 22 segments, the rounded becomes more of a corner:-

Adding more segments makes the corner push out. This is with 30 segments:-

This may be related, so also posting a problem with extude.
Edge -> extrude -> Shoulder style -> Rounded.
When using that function, I expect the extrusion to be rounded, adding more segments to the rounded extrusion is actually removing the rounding off the edge:-
With 6 segments:-

With 20 segments:-

With 30 segments:-

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but the problem as not been looked at.
Here are some more examples of current problems:-
Creating "Chamfer-> Rounded" on a corner (3 edge intersection):-
Starts to distort of approx 10 segments:-

At 14 segments:-

At 16 segments:-

At 19 segments, the rounded chamfer geometry disappears.
I also see a constant change in size of the radius as the segment number changes.

This is the limitation of the algorithm being used. It is very hard to find a better way.

OK, thanks.
I will find workaround when I need lots of segments.
