Title: VoidWorld Update Dec 05 2012

new update.

Summary of changes:

  * msvcr71.dll is included in app folder.
  * If user tool buttons's tool-tip is not set, the program will automatically generate a tool-tip base on tool settings.
  * User tool window right click menu > Window > Show Mouse Action Indication Mark.
  * Axis-Up option is added to obj export/import settings.

Nice update. Seems that i have to fix my user toolbars now :)
